The Working Man, The Everyday Hero.

Yes. Confusing title, isn't it?

What I wanted to say was that my summer "vacation" began yesterday. While I am free from school, I am starting work on Monday - at my father's electronics company.

This, with the fact that my laptop now rests in the belly of my school(they lock 'em away, sadly we don't get to keep them over the summer vacation), will cut back on the time I will be able to spend on the forum because my 360 and PC shares monitor and sound system, so I have to get back around my desk and switch alot of cabels n' stuff to switch between them...

So yeah... that was what I wanted to say - I won't be online as much as I want for a couple of weeks from here and on.

but... but... poor slave :'(

Re: The Working Man, The Everyday Hero.

Sorry to hear that Tsuyu but enjoy your time away from School.

Re: The Working Man, The Everyday Hero.

Everyday hero? Tsuyu? Did I miss something? Either way, good luck at work... I'm sure you'll need it!

Re: The Working Man, The Everyday Hero.

Aww that's too bad. We'll miss you. :D

Re: The Working Man, The Everyday Hero.

It's not all that bad - I just have to endure and keep an image of all the money I'll make inside of my mind at all times. And I'll feel like a big man wearing that big tool belt too!

One thing that sucks though, is that I'll have to get up even earlier than what I usually have to when I go to school. :'(:yawn:

Yeah... I am truly horrified of all this growing up and working stuff. I'd love to be where I am now for a couple of years more!

Yeah most of us had wished those years lasted longer, before you know it you have to leave the fun immature years behind and become a responsible and working adult .

All happens so fast and is upon you before you realise it.

Yeah we all have it but it fades fast and you realise you can still game, be immature and silly when you want and drink. Add to that, that people stop looking at you like a kid and you got a good formula to be happy about.

Re: The Working Man, The Everyday Hero.

I didn't mean the whole work thing sucks, just that you won't be here as often is what I meant.

Aww... that actually made my smile muscles twitch a bit and I actually feel a bit happier about it all. Thank you. ^_^

man, I'm 23 now and I'm still not grown up and working yet...
adding a few years to your life does not make you a grown up oldy mouldy... you can stay young for as long as you want... ^_^

Re: The Working Man, The Everyday Hero.

I'm ganna stay young forever. ^_^

Money... the reason I`ve been hurting my back for two weeks. And the same image of money keeps me going to work every morning aswell. Just have to earn as much to get myself an 360.
But, best of luck and hope you make a fortune.:D

I don't know 'bout "fortune", but I'd be substantially more than if I just slacked around like one usually during a summer vacation. ;)

During school, everyone wants the summer vacation...
And when it comes, rather than resting from school, they all go to work. Ah, the power of wealth... its still better than doing nothing and being pointless. And doing nothing is what I do best... :P

I'd love to do nothing at all, but the fact is that our government provides us with a moderate sum each month, required that you attend to some school (so you dont get something for nothing!), but the clever snakes cease giving me "moneh!" when school's out....:ninja:
