In the cutscene, I think the Guildmaster says Twinblade slit her eyes, so maybe she never lost them, they just had a friggin' huge knife cut in them, causing a slight inconvienience when it comes to seeing.

As far as I'm aware, the only sort of glasses you can get are glasses for your eyes. And Harry Potter with hip glasses... they're perscription, it's either that or contacts.
