Maybe it's just PM playing mind gammes with us all?

I mean i think we are all looking too much into this as being the theresa from fable 1 i mean maybe PM just likes the name Theresa? and he decided to name one of his characters because of that?

Or maybe it's just a small tribute to theresa but there is no link to theresa from the first one PMdid say he would put in subtle easter eggs for the veteran heros of fable 1.

What would be his motivation for doing so?

well some game-developers use tricks like that to stop us from spoiling the storyline of the game for ourselves others just do it for kicks but i think PM is doing it because he wants everything to be kept under wraps so he doesn't recieve anymore death threats this time

If he's just playing mind games wouldn't making the community think Theresa is coming back, then not including her in the story make some people upset and wish to send PM death threats?

It could be very possible for her to show up. Look how old Sythe is, and he might still be around. Besides, you don't marry the tudor.:P

but on a lighter note,
The portal that you could throw the sword into was a place what if... when you killed Theresa and dumped her body in the portal? She would not age there, enabling her to return 500 years later?

I think the version of Theresa returning as a spirit would be the best, because all paths in Fable 1 were canon. Making the good path a true one would be contradictory to the concept of Fable - decide your own fate.
Still, I think it`s a completely different person, maybe with same characteristics.

LOL, no because not everyone killed her.:) She's a seer, she has special powers. It really could be possible. Remember the place in Snowspire, where you could get your questions answered, can't remember the names, but when I asked about Therese, the face said" she had to kill a certain person, who tried to steal her powers, by killing her. She was alive, and in a distant land then.

Wasn`t Whisper the one who was in a distant land? That is, if you didn`t kill her as well.

Whisper went back to her own country, and Therese went somewhere east. They both left.:) It was a mage that tried to steal her powers, and she killed him.

I didn`t know that, but that`s probably because I never talked to the Oracle on my good Saves.

Really? The oracle answered a lot of questions on everything. It was very interesting. :)

Yeah, I know, but I think the only save I talked to it was on my bad save where I had killed Theresa. I can`t remember though...
Anyway, I still believe the Theresa referred on the screenshot is a different person, but probably blind or something similar.

Lionhead loves to play games with us. We drive them crazy, they do the same to us.:P Guess we won't know for sure, until we play the game.

I think he just likes the name Theresa and the name Rose for that matter ^_^
