this friggin necklace....

I've been trying to play fable on my own with no web help, but when i couldn't find Lady Grey's necklace in Oakvale, I had to look. I did this AFTER I killed the thieves in the graveyard, before i even knew they were thieves! So now I dig between the boats and i get nuthin. Does anyone know if me killing the thieves would directly affect the location of the necklace? Or if I may not be even able to get it at all? Please help. Very frustrating!

I have killed them before and still found the necklace. Are you digging between the upside down boats near the pier?
You can still marry or turn in Lady Grey, talk to the guy in the B/S North jail and get the "Investigating the Mayor" quest, do that, you will have the option to marry her, or not, and still have to fight Thunder if you decide to marry her. The necklace is not essential.

yes the second play through of mine i dug it up without caring about the thieves it's in between or on the side of the upside down boats and the first time i did it i went on internet to find it out and never went in the graveyard

Yea like most of theese guys are saying between the two upside down boats on oakvale beach near the pier as long as you have started the quest with lady grey the necklace will be there regardless of whether you have listened to the traders talking about it .

lol i didn't even know that they where thieves, i just walked into the garden and I saw them i started to punch them for fun. But then they followed me and got stuck between the gravestone and the wall -_-
