step 1: upload the image to http://imageshack.us
step 2: copy+paste where it says Direct Link on the bottom right
step 3: before and afterthe copied text from Direct Link put [img*] <copied link< [/img*] except delete the "*" from each
step 4: ?????
step 5: PROFIT
