This is taking the ****...

Quite a few times over the past few days, I have attempted to meet up with other people (Usually in the Bowerstone Market, at the clock), to give them gifts or to trade.

The problem is that I can never see their orb. I can see a few other orbs floating around, but never that of the person I intend to meet.

Has anyone else met this issue? How might I go about solving it?

Nope. It's set to everyone. I've tried setting it to friends only, too. Neither worked.

It's occured about 5 times. I'm not entirely sure what to try to fix it. I've tried disconnecting from XBL and reconnecting, restarting my Xbox, switching ethernet cables, changing my orb settings to "Everyone" and "Friends Only", etc.

Just w8 abit it takes time for the server to catch up i had the same problem i threw my pad at the wall scream obscenties down the mic then my mate goes "oh i can see you now"

Whenever this happens to me I just restart the game (go to 360 dashboard and then start the game again) and can see my friends immediately. Still takes forever for anyone else though, however that probably has to do with the fact that i use the slowest DSL available from bellsouth (I believe they merged with someone else or something along those lines, so i have no idea what they are called now)
