Tired of Youtube

So, they've removed my Half life/Fear Music Video, as well as my Death note Voices music video. For those of you who knows what those are. How much BS is that? :getlost:

Anyone, I'd like to know if ANYONE knows of a website I can upload my videos to, and not have to worry about any of this. :noexpression:

the only thing I can think of is Myspace. But I was ganna use that as a last resort. :sly:

Daily Motion and Mega Video are two that I see used often. Never used them myself though.

I was going to suggest those too so +rep. As well as Veoh so rep to you also Tyloric.

Apparently Youtube is having to pull lots of music videos from its site as they are in a dispute with record labels wanting more money.

Its not the bands its the record labels themselves.

It's just dumb. I buy the CD legally, I have a Movie Maker legally that comes with my computer. I don't see why such things are in dispute.

Myspace didn't work. My Uploading Privileges are now suspended. whatever dude, I guess I'll try the other websites.

What? They can listen to our music for free on the internet? It's bad enough that they have VH1 and MTV and the radio, but the internet? Boo hisssss, money money money money money.

The music industry is powerful. Music reaches everyone through a variety of ways, and people get angry when they don't get their music, which drives others to satisfy the money munching music industry quickly and quietly. I consider it legal theft on their part. A good way to get their attention would be to boycott music, but there's no way to do that. If I gather 2000 people for a boycott today, 1000 will go buy CDs tomorrow, the other 1000 will go next week.

Lots of people use Youtube as a way to listen to bands tracks before getting the album to see if its worth getting. They are asking for more money from Youtube for advertising and using their tracks. Might only be a small sum per track but they stand to make millions extra from it so are pulling this stunt and making Youtube remove content.
