Touchpad wont work while typing

This is very annoying, when holding down a button, for example W, I can't move my mouse.

I've been on other help sites and searched on google, been into my mouse settings and I can't find anything to remedy it. Does anyone know what I can do?

You could perhaps update your touchpad drivers.

It's a new laptop so that's a no go, plus I have already tried.
