Turning off Physical shield sound and effect

well I want to know if i can turn off the sound physical shield makes and make the blue effect less noticeable or if I have to turn it off alltogather

In case you have a problem, or ever want the sound back, I recommend making a back-up of the folder:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Fable - The Lost Chapters\data\Sound

I have been unable to find a mod for the graphics, I cannot figure it out myself either.
I was able to make some of the 'flashier" effects go away though.
Open FE,
Scroll down to SPECIAL_ABILITIES_PHYSICAL_SHIELD_DEF,
Double click it, then double click SPECIAL_ABILITIES_PHYSICAL_SHIELD_DEF_INSTANCE,
Open the CDefs, under CSpecialEffectsDef,
Single click the first 'Links to (GameBINEntryID)',
Single click CSpecialEffectsDef in new window,
Single click the [Del] button in all the boxes under 2AC2D63,
Click 'Apply Changes', then click 'Actions', 'Save Mods and Run Fable'.

You can turn of the color effect in the SPECIAL_ABILITIES_PHYSICAL_SHIELD_DEF_INSTANCE entry.
It's one of the unknown Arrays near the end, they have four entries with numbers (121,200,255,255) etc. Don't know which one is the correct one, it could be they're all used. Just delete all those entries and you'll find out.
Don't forget to backup your game.bin first.

Thanks to both of you, it took using input from each of you for me to be able to get this to work.
Here is what it takes.
Open SPECIAL_ABILITIES_PHYSICA L_SHIELD_DEF_INSTANCE ,
Scroll down to B743F844, D12F1DD, 9B22F6AA, 38B79234,
Make all the entries in these 4 arrays zero,
Apply Changes, Save Mods and Run Fable,
No more Physical Shield glow.
