Two more Arkham 2 Villains leaked

In the wake of Kevin Conroy's confirmation that not only Two-Face, but multiple villains as well will be appearing in Arkham Asylum 2, further developments have pointed to who those othervillains might be. Kotaku reports on a Tweet and a podcast that dish the identities of two of the villains.

They are Talia al Ghul and Mr. Freeze. Fans will remember Tahila as Ra's al Ghul's daughter, while Mr. Freeze actually cameoed in the first Arkham Asylum, with players able to view his cell.
Stana Katic spilled the beans on Tahlia, tweeting that she “Just recorded a character voice on the next Batman video game” and that “I’m voicing Talia al Ghul, the daughter of Ra al Ghul (played by Liam Neeson in ‘Batman Begins’)”. Katic has apparently removed the tweets but several fans, god bless em, still managed to find them.

The other announcement comes via Geekcastradio where Maurice LaMarche (Kiff in Futurama) told them:

I’m about to go in and do Mr. Freeze for Arkham Asylum 2 … He’s out for blood right now because, err… I can’t tell you the situation, but he’s actually somewhat a sympathetic character within the framework of the game.

Like I said, Batman has a brilliant rogues gallery and Rocksteady, rightfully so, should fully utilize it. Already we know The Joker, Harley Quinn, Two-Face, and now Mr. Freeze and Tahlia al Ghul will be featured, meaning the game will be packed with potential bosses. It will also be interesting to see how the characters will look in the Arkham universe, and how integrated they will be in the story, whether they will be key players or rather minor like Mr Zsaz.

I'd expect Mr. Freeze to feature a bit given LaMarche's comments, and his description of the character certainly has me interested.

I'm pleased. I find Mr. Freeze to be often overshadowed by the more popular villains such as Joker, Two-Face, and Poison Ivy. So it's nice to see him once again in the spotlight.

Would love to see Catwoman, Penguin, and Clayface make an appearance in this sequel.

I just want them to improve on the aspects that made the first game so good. Dont mind which villains really as long as the stories are well written into the title and voiceovers are decent.

I've always loved the Governator's take on Mr. Freeze and as a villain he has an interesting backstory to him from what's revealed in the movie. I can definitely see him as someone you'd sympathize with amongst all the straight-out evil Batman villains.

I think we're all wondering, though:

Will the Governator do the voice acting?!

I just want them to improve on the aspects that made the first game so good. Dont mind which villains really as long as the stories are well written into the title and voiceovers are decent.

I do hope they polish the gameplay a bit more, it was good.. but it had it's flaws. Batman looking less like Hulk and being more fluid with his animations would be welcomed.

I think we're all wondering, though:

Totally not. If they can manage, it would be good to see them get Michael Ansara out of retirement for one more go as the big popsicle.
