Best I can find is that such nouns are "literal nouns." They are what they are.
 
Actually, I remember now!!

It's a compound word.

For example, 'Lighthouse' is a compound word - two words joined together.

Scarecrow is another. I don't think that as a general rule compound words HAVE to literally describe what the word does, but... I guess it makes sense that it does?

Lighthouse, eh. Like a diet version of a music genre. Still dancable, but a less intense bass.
