Yes, you read that correctly. In the new 1.5 update (for all platforms) currently in the testing stages, Bethesda will be implementing some of the new features that were shown off at the internal Game Jam as a response to large positive feedback they received. One of the new features that will be present in this update are new Kill Cams, specifically new kill cams for long-range combat such as spell-casting and archery. The update will also tackle more bug-fixing and general optimizations. Bethesda stated that they're looking for this update to be the first in the line of many updates that introduce new features such as those shown in the Game Jam.
Also worth noting, Todd Howard was recently in an interview with G4's X-Play and was asked if gamers could expect features such as Dragon Mounts (as seen in the Game Jam), and he responded "We'll see." Whether he was simply pulling his chain or not, only time will tell. You can view the video interview here.
For those who are on PC you probably know the drill of Bethesda's new beta patch feature, the 1.5 testing patch will be hitting Steam shortly and you'll be able to try out the new kill cams for yourself. No release date has been given for the final version of the 1.5 patch, but hopefully soon.
