want to redecorate The Shrine and get special painting!

I just bought the Shrine in Bowerstone Market. My first run-thru let me redecorate and I was able to swap a crappy picture and take the lovely one of Reaver from the upstairs. Now, on my 2nd game, I can't take a thing. Did I get lucky the first time or am I doing something wrong? All I get are the options to redecorate the downstairs or just change the upstairs wallpaper.

Frustrated Reaver fan, here! Any advice?

I did this this morning, just took a long time to bring up the swap command on the picture. Perseverance is the way.

what the hockey sticks is up with the redecorate function? All I can do is what Jasper suggests. It's so non-intuitive and random. It makes me wish drop down menus a whole lot.
