Chiming in like this doesn't make much sense even if you were there.

I don't see how the site could have "gotten in trouble" anyway. I might have and did sort of but Wiki can't do anything to this site. Even if they could why would they? Because some over zealous fan tried to promote it in a not so harmful way. Worse thing that happened is fel64 bad mouthing us. Which I'll admit wasn't the greatest thing to have happened.

Just because you can't get in trouble for something, and it seems "harmless" doesn't mean you should do it. Apparently it's against the RULES to just try and shove a link to your own site in the wiki page Without permission. And as they put it "link tampering vandalism" Vandalism isn't a very good thing to be proud of.

But Naturally, if you search for a word on goggle it'll come up with Forum results. It looks for key words. And if you're looking for "sephiroxas" then you'll find it.

The more unique-sounding your user name, the more likely you'll rock up on the first page too. But sadly there have been angels around before me so I'll never be on the first 300 pages, let alone the first page...not unless you put in something fabley or forum related with the word Angel...

It wasn't that they didn't want us there. It's that no one asked for permission to link to this website.
It's like if someone came to this forum. An altered the links to lead to another forum without asking our permission.

When I created my name many years ago it was the most outrageously random and original name out there. Everything on every page when you search droded is related to me.
Unfortunately, there are only 6 results.

Let alone, this site is very good for Fable 2 news and friendly people to help you out in Fable and Fable TLC. Almost all of those pages would show you this site. I thought it was awesome to see how many pages we have, and other people around the world can post links to our site. I'm very proud that I'm just a member of this site. :thumbsup:

I've been here for some time, and projectego.net is becoming the forum for Fable help and Fable 2 news. We are very efficient in assistance, but I also believe it's because we're the only forum out there that really helps all dimensions of Fable (story, mods, sequels,news), in my opinion, if you don't count Lionhead's forum.
