Like in Titan Quest where everything your enemy wears drops and you can have the stuff.

That would be awesome, especially if they made it like you had a 1/10 chance to get a part of their outfit or their weapon. So you couldnt just sell all for gold and make the game too easy.

Yeah, you`re absolutely right mate.
I´d like to see other two handed weapons as well, a staff for example.

Yes, a staff would be an awesome addition to a mage's equipment.
Especially, for example, if the staff was magically enhanced in some visible form such as a glowing aura

I agree, a staff would be awesome, with glowing powers. Make short work of a Hobb, or two.

Indeed, another idea would be for some staffs to possibly have some sort of glowing orb in one end and/or a sharp spear point at the other end.

So a hobbe-will-user staff+ a spearpoint? Might be pretty cool. Especially if it had elemental powers, with different orbs up top for different attacks. A bunch of staves with different elemental attacks, maybe?

How about the Spear of Destiny?
That's about as good as it gets for magical, staff like weapons.

Incredible idea, perhaps 5 different levels as well, lvl 1 being the weakest and 5 being the strongest.
Also the levels define the cost and power of the staff.

they should let you pick up any item and use it as a weapon such as a wooden spoon or belt

Also another weapon like the frying pan but easier to find and a lot more of them
