You bumped a very old topic, but whatever.
Okay you find whatever-it-is-you-want-to-change-the-arrow/bolt-to's ID, which is easy if you take a look in the graphics.big. If you know where the entry's model ID number is/is used, like thunder's is in the CREATURE section of the game.bin, that's faster. (Thunder's ID is 7666, because i'm nice that's why
)
You open up the SHOT (or Shot) section of the game.bin, AFTER you copy, or put the model's ID somewhere, and find what you want to change.
It has stuff like Fireball, or the Minion... stuff like that. But, the only thing you need to worry about is...
ARROW_YEW
ARROW_OAK
ARROW_EBONY
ARROW_CRYSTAL
ARROW_LEGENDARY (unless it's reffeared to as "Brass Kingdom")
CROSSBOW_BOLT_YEW
CROSSBOW_BOLT_OAK

You open up the data, click the "+" and scroll down until you find "Graphic". Here you can change the scale (how big it is) and the mesh (from an arrow to Thunder:lol
