Weapon Morphing Requirments

So im new to this whole forum thing but im definatly finding them useful, especially theorys on Morphing etc... i was wondering if anyone had infomation on what exactly are the requirements for certain hilts,blades,auras etc

E.G. Opening Treasure gives gold colour....or your cruelty to chickens has given your sword some other b.s.

Ive seen quite a few but if anyone knows the whole deal im sure many players, including me will find the info useful....Cheers

The exact specifics of the requirements are within arm's length for the modding community. We know where the data is being kept and we know what we need to do to get it. We just haven't done it yet. Outside of that, getting completely accurate and in-depth details about this will be... just wait a while.

So your saying we know the requirements? or you mean we know how to find them out, people just havnt done it?

I'm saying we know how to find out everything about it, but we don't have the means to do it yet. Someone has to build tools, and then we can go find it, and then we will know.

Hilt (Melee/Ranged lvl 2):

The handle of your weapon has responded to your use of the <Insert spell> by adopting a more arcane design

any other dicoveries?
they are the general idea of how to get the morphs.
but they are trying to find to actual variables for each and every morph, so you know exactly what to do to get thing.
so instead of "your ability to make gold has caused your weapon to turn a golden colour"
they may be able to find something along the lines of "earning 1 million gold gives you a 20% chance of morphing into gold colour"

good luck finding the varibles as to me it seems so random!!

For instance ive killed 100's upon hundreds of hollowman but no morphing due to it, I have sex one time with the wife catch an STD and due to my venerial disease the aura of my weapon has become a green mist!! :ermm:

yes, but morphing only accurs when you open a melee chest in the road to rule, and each melee chest morphs a different aspect of the weapon, such as the runes, hilt, blade, colour and aura.
once an aspect has morphed, it cant be un-morphed without re loading your save to beforehand.
each time the a melee chest is opened, it randomly chooses from a pool of different things you have done.
so they are trying to find what affects the things you have done, and if it affects the chance of obtaining the outcome of the desired morph.

@Dracelix; Your not entirely right there, Morphing can occur any time in Combat, I killed some guards and it morphs into a deep red color as if the color of the guards jackets or there blood.

OMG right i started a evil character today and while i was eating a sandwich i got knocked out, now everytime i morph my swards handle i get the crap bone looking one, i can only get the killing hollowmen and falling in battle requirements, even tho iv done **** loads more stuff, like time online with another person and gold making...... Its starting to get annoying =[

killing a bunch of shadow enemies gives your weapon a shadow aura. It is so cool!

Also digging a lot changes the weapon design.

i agree completely... ive replayed through and after saving and looking at my hilt after opening the second box to find a bone handle, i said "im not having that", dashboarded, reloaded and concentrated on finding treasure treasure and quite quickly and officiently the next time i opened box 2....it was the Gold laced hilt! so just sticking to certain things and not rushing will prove productive.

im sure this works perfectly and if you consider the "morph pool" someone mentioned....you can then concentrate on a number of things and expect many different variations when opening your box (whatever number it may be)

For example my brother concentrated alot on the requirements shown on the fable wikia and after loading three or four times...saw a different blade and hammer EACH time.

just dashboard and open the box after reloading and concentrate on other things

just dashboard and open the box after reloading and concentrate on other things

I do,iv done it like 50 times but its always the bone handle, iv waited to open it and carried on with the game a bit more to see if i get another one.

go out and find treasure lots that will change it...but you need to do it quite a bit because of the persistance of your bone handle
