If I play a female character and you DO age prematurely with Will then I won't bother with it so much. No one wants to play a wrinkly old lady who has to flip her breasts over her shoulders to keep them from dragging on the floor.

I disagree. In-fact, I like the idea of pre-mature ageing due to use of Will. If they didn't implement it before, it doesn't mean they won't in the future. Perhaps they try to make things more "realistic".
