Now how the **** did I miss this thread??? Its about time you two returned, things were a little stale without you guys. Well you'll be staying for now, right? No more spontaneous trips to Canada and abroad? Well, I'm sure you won't be coming to my town anytime soon seeing as you may not have the willpower to overcome the immense boredom this place projects. You'd think it would be interesting living 20 minuites outside San Francisco, but its not. Just a lot of old hippies and annoying Liberals protesting 24/7... Well look now I'm ranting, welcome back!

well... if you are a baseball fan then your arrival would likely bring the nation's baseball fan population up to a grand total of one... O.o
have you ever noticed the empty seats and tumble weeds blowing by when you see games played away up here? O.o

[Snicker] Yeah, I considered saying something about that, too, but then I thought that there might have actually been some people who LIKED the Expos.

I do know that we went to Toronto and a Jays game and there were some fans there, so [shrug]. Maybe they had all gotten free tickets. Or been paid to show up and make the stadium look crowded. Or maybe I would have brought the number of fans up to something more like 50,001. Or maybe all the crowd there were also from out of town. I don't know.

tickets to a Jays game are $3... so people tend to go when they have nothing better to do for an afternoon as it's cheaper than a movie...
people will go to a game if they have nothing better to do, I was just saying we don't have enough die hard fans to warrant avoiding Montreal for fear of encountering them... we play hockey here...
