Depends on personal taste, liquor seems more popular with most the women I know over beer.

it depends.. my mom really doesn't care for bud...sorry drakan. she usually drinks pete's wicked, guiness, sam adams beer.

If your mum likes Sam Adams and Guinness I would say shes more of a bitter/stout/Ale drinker.
