What is Bloodstone

Loads of people keep mentioning this place called Bloodstone and Knothole Island. I have completed the Spire and rescued Garth so what happens next

Bloodstone is actually Twinblades Camp just in the future. Knothole Island is Knothole Glade or something of the sort in the future. Knothole Island is a Download you can purchase from the Market place for an additional quests and items.

Bloodstone is an area which you visit at the end of the game. After the spire, you need to meet hammer in Rookridge inn then you need to return to the guild when Theresa calls for you (that's when Hammer gathers information on the third hero).

knothole island is an island that the knothole glade tribe moved to cus they hated the weather

Bloodstone is the town where you recruit the Hero of Skill (Reaver) towards the end of the main quest.
Knothole Island is a DLC worth 800 microsoft points.
