I'd have to go with my most favorite kind of dog of all time, the australian sheperd. And that would be awesome if alignment modifiers affect your dog too (you're evil and your dog loses all its hair haha).

A Siberian (sorry if i mispelled) Husky, looks like a wolf but is actually a dog....If I could have that as my dog I will love Fable 2.
