If it comes out July 14th, I will be so freaking happy. Unfortunately, i also will have no cash yet, because, being 13, I am jobless. My birthday is in September, so I am currently poor.

E3 would be july 14th not the release of the game

Also if u have a september birthday then it is perfect because the game is almost defenetly not coming out in september, probably october or later
