Yeah, they wont, it`s just a name made up by fans or haters. I think Microsoft even stated that it wont be 720 and that 360 is a random number, not representing 360 degrees.

The idea 360 originally came from the console originally meaning to be totally backwards compatible. However as the console wasnt it had little meaning. :lol:

looks like one of the original designs for the x box, there was also a x shaped one and one that looked like a frisbie!

meh, i wouldnt worry about it. only thing we can do is wait and see. also, i noticed the disk in that weird thing was a regular xbox game, so i dont think thats a new model, just somthing someone made up.

It was the orginal design idea fx of the 360 I cant remember which one it was suspose to be 100% backward compatable

yeah that basically right, the wii was a great name marketing wise as it was'nt anywhere near as hardcore as revolution suggested it would be

I'm embarrassed that people would think that Microsoft would make something so...
oddly shaped and ugly. lulz.
If there was a new console to be released, it would have been announced in OXM ages ago.

I think the newest xbox console that comes out should be named

The Xbox Backflip
Or The Xbox Waterflap - Swims better than Michael Phelps
Or...The Xbox 720 OMGZ!

I think the current XBox looks good. It`s simple and yet modern. I don`t like PS3, too big.

Sometimes, it's very annoying that they keep coming out with new game systems. I hope the 360 will be out for a very long time. I hate it, when I can't play, certain games I have. If they made the systems to last, we could buy more games. It's all frustrating.

But what can ya do?

Im sure the current gen systems will be out for at least a couple more years, they still have so much potential given the 360 is already a few years old!

At least, by then, I'll probably need a new system. Just as long as it plays, the games, I already have.
