whats this outfit compiled of? the legs might be thigh boots and ranger trousers. someone told that the upper body is a double breasted something something.

The things I'm certain of are:

Coat: High roller Coat (have to play Pub Games)
Hands: Monk gloves
Feet: Monk wrap /shoes

the rest:
Hair: Dreadlocks
The pants: I'm not certain about, may be either Explorer or Gypsy.

Everything appears to be dyed in Kilowhite.
