thanks, but I know there are bigger fish out there. I wonder what's the biggest fish you can possibly catch? I won't stop until I feel like I have caught the biggest fish possible.

Heck we should run some kind of fisghing competition on forum to see who can catch the uber fish- would be brilliant if you could catch a baby Kraken...

Update- caught a moonfish weighing 53,747.72 grams or almost 108 pounds. We are on the roll here! Soon to show pic in member gallery (it's on my laptop).

Do you have thr rod of champions? Do you fish in areas that are likely to have big fish? Just keep trying and keep those two things in mind.

Hook coast, Lost bay, Bleached bone Island and a couple more areas have really big game.

Didnt realise so many people take so much time catching fish in the game, i very rarely even tried it myself lol.

I find fishing in Fable extremely relaxing and pretty enjoyable. I never enjoyed it in the original because it was super difficult, on TLC though its cool. Some days I'll just load the game up and go fishing with my character, collect the rent on my property and maybe go trading- buy some cheap tofu or cider kegs and flog them to somebody and make a wee bit of profit.

ok well i know this is kinda going off topic but wouldnt it be cool to be able to like retire when you are done with the game and become like a fisher, farmer, trader, or stuff like that and you could grow really old and die because of old age or something.

to stay more on topic i started fishing more and got a fish at 568! yay! geting higher!

I think if you did that it would get boring fast and turn into a kind of Job Sim game.

Yeah, I think it would put a downer on the game. I do it out of choice but having to actually do it because it was written into the game would suck. It would be too forced. Besides you can already give up doing everything and just go and sell stuff to people- trade and all that what not. Its kind of what I consider my character as now that I have completed the game at least six or seven times. I have done all the quests. I figure its kind of cool to go with the flow of my character and make him just run around and flog stuff to people- break into their houses, steal stuff- fish and then sell them. That kind of thing. It actually entertains me which is scary...

It can be kind of interesting. If you have a good imagination and sort of view it as a mini quest or if you're totally into just chilling out and making some cash its alright. If not, then like yourself, you will totally hate it. My mate cant stand to just hang around in games. He has to be doing some quest or mission or something which contributes to the game in avery meaningful way.

Im probably half you, half your friend. Ill go around sometimes and do whatever, and when i get bored ill do a quest.

I think the biggest fish you can catch in the game has to be 200,000 grams because it's a nice, even number that also equals to a nice, even number of 400 pounds.
