Oh sorry I thought I mentioned this...

Rosie's Owner is just a random part of game play, they are just like bandits on your team during certain quests, with random body parts.

Anyway, you can't marry her. I can't see why you would want to though.

Do a little modding and make all the women in Albion look the same.
This way you can marry a whole army of Rosies Owner.

But hey, after the cutscene she doesnt disappear. She`s just standing there outside the armor shop in Oakvale and cheering for you. Maybe my brain is fooling me (which it does most of times), but I`m quite certain.
