I think I got swine flu a kid I sat next to got it in my county. I stayed home 3 days sick of the flu and was fine. The media needed something to talk about. Same goes with conficker. Viruses are actually very easy to make.

Swine flu is overhyped BS, slow news day + sick people = ZOMG PANDEMIC!

normal flu kills a hell of a lot more people than swine flu ever did. and swine flu has never been found in a pig
just injoy the calm befor the "next big thing to be afriad of" comes along. and when it does come along, relax and realize its mostly overhyped bs anyway.

I agree with all these nutcases! Seriously, Swine FLu is wack, and conficker, just get an anti-virus software and a good firewall.

Conficker is a bad virus that uses heaps of different methods to keep itself going, making it difficult to eradicate.
I had to rebuild my machine twice after AVG couldn't get rid of it.

They got drawn in by the Large Hadron Collider in Switzerland, the epitome of "big news that stops being reported on the next day because it turns out it wasn't that big a deal in the first place."

None of you have had swine flu, if you did you would have been in quarantine. It has only happened to people who were in contact with Mexico in the last few months.
The governments do not create problems either. That would make the government corrupt, etc. If the news is having a quiet day it will pick up and exacerbate a smaller story across the world, e.g swine flu. It becomes a big pandemic for a day or 2 until normal news picks up.

Swine Flu has infected 500 people in the UK. The government took it off the TV to keep it on a low profile.. Didn't work well. 500 people may not sound like much but 500 people over about a month? Doesn't sound to good.

How many dead? we have like 2000 here is the U.S and like 120 killed, seriously there can be MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH worse. THe only reason it was big at all was because we don't have a sure (a.k.a you have the flu for 2 months instead of 4 days)

Who are you to say we havn't had swineflu, every country has different statistics over what people are in the danger zone. Everyone reacts different to it, and yes, I was in contact with someone that had recently been to mexico.

There are over 900 cases where I live Victoria (poplulation about 4.5 mil.). My best mate has gone into quarentine and he's never been to the western hemisphere. It's pretty contagious.

It came to New Zealand, It had a few families in Quarintine, If you had The Swine you'd be in Quarintine like Urahara said..
