Where is the Teamwork?
Alright, so you all know there are a few games that rely mostly on teamwork. Call of Duty is not one of them, you can pretty much solo that game online easily. I'm talking about games like Battlefield: Bad Company. Now, you can get a good K/D ratio alone, but you will never win the game alone without teamwork. And this is where the squad system comes in. Little groups of 4, and you can only speak to them. This is great system. But, lately, I have been seeing a HUGE lack of teamwork, and I'm always on the losing team. And I don't want any comments saying "just have fun, you don't need to win". I play to have fun, and I have fun by winning. Now the only way I can win is if I get some friends to play with me and we go in as a squad, and we do really good. You know, all different classes, and you use the different class setups together to get things done. But, if I don't play with my friends, I see none of that. Only crap like my team spawn camping the attackers and such. Have you guys had a similar experience lately? I'm starting to think that you should have to take a small test before you play online to show you know what to do. And if you fail, then you can't play until you complete it with a high grade.
Oh, and there are those morons who just don't even try. They sit in their own base as attackers and try to defend. And then I go try to talk to my squad and it turns out to be freakin' little kids who sound strangely like girls, and talking how they are in a gang and how they kill people. I'm really sick and tired of this crap. But, this game is rated T, so 13 and up can play it without anyone stopping them. Hell, I'd be willing to wait for the next 1 and a quarter years until I'm 17 if they made it so you HAD to be 17 years old to play an M game. I'm that sick of this crap. But, it is all over XBL, so I guess it is a deal with it, or GTFO XBL scenario.
So your thoughts? You couldn't care less? You one of those annoying little asswipes? Please post.
