fable2 to me is weird fable is supposed to have knights and bows and all old stuff not guns and that spire thing where the prisons look life future prisons and the people with that light up thing around there neck i knows its will but it makes the game feel not like a fable and then theres the flying shards i call them wtfs fable3 better be in a new land were they have'ent yet got guns or peters dead.:realmad::ninja:

^ I like Reaver's name for the Shards " Big pointy Flying Boulder" and i think the story for Fable 2 could have been a tad better, i just didn't Feel the Story like i did in Fable 1 i mean it is a great story but it just doesn't have that Wow Factor like i felt in Fable 1 when i finally Killed Jack in Dragon form and sighed having finally beaten the End Boss meant i could rest easy but in Fable 2 the End of the story just doesn't have that feel to it......

So really i think If they combined the best aspects of Fable 1 and 2 together then Fable 3 is gonna be sick!!! so in the End i believe that neither Fable is "better" than the other they just don't have the same points to compare each other...... like Apples and Oranges.

Anyway i'm going to stop ranting now......

I liked F2 better for the obvious reasons, but they both had their short comings. As far as the end of fable 2 goes I think they left it open if they wanted to add an expansion to the game. I really hope they deliver on any new DLC. I really missed the armor for some reasons. I mean some of the clothing was cool, but there just wasn't enough of it. Also the morphing could have been done a little better.

As far as the guns go in F2 you've got to remember that it takes place 500 years after F1. Lets hope in 500 years that there is going to be some type of improvement in technology. However, when you really think about it the guns are still really in the infancy stage in the game.

After beating the game at least 5 times through, I'm going to have to go with 2 although there are many things that i miss from the first such as bows. I just feel that 2 has many more things to do and even though the co-op isn't really all that great...it's still co-op

I think Fable 2 improved on Fable 1 in nearly every aspect.

I did prefer the story in Fable 1 but I believe Fable 2's story is just something that is leading up to something bigger.

this is the toughest question ive been asked yet,
well fable:TLC i miss alot more, i miss avos tear and all the cool armours, but fable 2 has more to do and has more content, id have to go with fable 2
but fable will always remain a classic

Fable: TLC was and always will be one of my favourite games of all time, the story really drew me in from the beginning but it might have been that I was younger and more impressionable then so I cant really compare the 2 fairly, aswell as it being more challenging and leaving me feeling more compensated for my efforts... but the game mechanics of Fable 2 are vastly improved over the first and well... hmm I call a tie.

Fable 1 was alout better. Fable 2 didn't feel the same as Fable 1. The story on Fable 2 IMO is crap. Lionhead also didn't work on it that much, there was alout of flaws compared to what really happend in fable 1. Like ure sister being alive... But the hero used the sword of aeons.
