Who says it has been dulited all these years, what if some of the heros had kids together before the fall of the guild. That wouldn't be such a stretch. And look at how powerful his father was. Some of those traits had to be passed down as well.

If it survived the 500 year gap between Fable 1 and 2 , I'm sure it can survive the extra 50 years as well.
