I don't think we'll ever really know for sure. I thought maybe it might be Garth but that doesn't fit.

Most definitely Scythe. I am actually chomping at the bits to revisit this detail in a story I am writing. Should your Sparrow have chosen family at the Spire, your Fable III hero's aunt could very likely still be alive!

If you look it up you will see that the man watching her is Scythe, the first Archon.
