Is the problem that the window wont open, or you can't log onto it? If it's the former, try reinstalling, if it's the latter, you generally have to just wait for them to fix whatever issues they're having.

Ever since MSN64 for the N64 came out. They tried it on the Jaguar but it never really worked.

It does that sometimes. I'm on MSN right now. Sometimes it goes down for me and I can't get back on. I just have to wait a couple of hours then it's alright again

It's working fine for me. As Sephi said, just wait a while, restart your PC and/or Modem.

It's just that Microsoft suck.
