they wouldnt have to move they could be on like dark will suit or something ...on the link the devil wings do look cool tho huh

Also the member Bluetooth who posted in that thread in the link is Keshire

Well the only person I know who could make actual moving wings is Keshire, but even that is a hugely hard task as you have to make all the animations.

Non moving wings are still pretty hard but can be accomplished by making the graphic and then setting them as the quiver.

You'd need a modelling program like 3ds Max, and an importer/exporter for the .x files (the model format used by fable).

But if you have no experience with these type of applications, I'd suggest starting with something less complicated, like editing an existing weapon. Instead of starting with creating a complete new mesh.

Applications like 3ds Max are (besides being very expensive) pretty difficult to learn. There are free alternatives like Blender.

There's some more info and links on fabletlcmod.com, but not much.

IDEA FOR IT why not use the dragons wings if possible just scale em down?

Yes, that would be possible, you'd have to cut them of the dragons mesh, scale them down and attach them to a piece of clothing for instance.
But I say again: this isn't easy for someone who has no exp with modelling.

Selfish thing to ask but i dont suppose someone could do this for me please ill look through files and see what i can find in FE

You can get a 3DS Max free 30 day trial from Autodesk.

Also you need the im-/exporter (look here).

You can export the models from the graphics.big with fable explorer, and import them into 3ds Max.

As I said in the other thread you started on this, I don't think someone is gonna do it (there aren't many people who can by the way).
I can't do it, don't know how and don't have the time to.
