Just wondering how rare this Teddy is to find, and if anyone knows how much someone would pay to get it just curious thanks =]

can't trade teddies. the wizard is easy though, just stand next to the telescope and shoot statues in the head

Yeah the wizard teddy is in the colloseum I think. Up on statues.

Just go to the Colosseum and find the telescope and figure out which gargoyle it is pointing at and then shoot at the teddy that is on his head.

Well it depends on your definition of "rare". You can't trade em, so they're useless for money. Only one per game, and for the most part useless (minus "The Colourist" achievement).
