I have enjoyed the game since release because of the leveling systems and the great lore built into the game. Giving the ability to play almost any class and race combination ruins the games lore and the balance of racial abilities. Another reason I see no point in continuing because Blizzard has made the game so casual that it poses no challenge anymore. There are no real rewards to claim in the game that are hard anymore. They have nerfed the content to grade school levels and allow people to simply level on PVE servers and transfer after they have safely leveled and gotten gear to a PVP server.
Also the people of the greymane wall hate the alliance, so why the hell would they join them. Ok this is not the worst of it Thrall is no longer leader of the horde and garrosh takes over and kills Cairne Bloodhoof and wages total war on all allliance. anyway im so glad i stopped, so its not a total dissapointment or a waste money considering i stopped. Sellling my WoW account lol

God, how much money do they want? It costs 14 bucks a month and there are millions of players. Come on. This expansion isn't gonna help too much.

And I'm still kind of puzzled as to why the Worgen are Alliance and Goblins aren't. Goblins are a much more civilized race. Worgen are freakin' werewolves...

It's like the draenei thing all over again, they had didn't really have any reason to join the alliance either.

At Blizzcon 2009 blizzard shown its new expansion WoW Cataclysm i dont need to tell you about because theres a video detailing all of it. it was also playable there

theres mixed opinions on, like me blizzard know they are losing fanbase so they are trying to role out expansions quicker to keep players in, but its not going to attract me i think they just made it worse, blowing up azeroth and then giving all race acsess to classes wtf tauren paladin. Then with the poor addition to new races which i thing do not belong. also the story lore is ruined exstermination of the rich lore tht WoW had. but there are some plus sides which i wont mention. My rant is over lol, it had to be posted sometime just gotta beat all the WoW forum members before they do. btw on another note i dont play WoW anymore, i just follow it.

-Blowing up Azeroth? It's called CATACLYSM for a reason. The world is on the brink of desruction. Deathwing has a reason to try and destroy Azeroth.

-Not all races can be all classes. They're adding ONE class to each race. I've wanted a damn Tauren Paladin, Troll Druid and Gnome Priest for a LONG time now. There's more too, like Blood Elf Warrior, Night Elf Mage, and Human Hunter.

-They explained the races. Goblins have been requested since the launch of Burning Crusade, and this is a great time to implement them, with the chaos that Azeroth is going through, Goblins would need solid support from one side to survive. And Worgen is simply incredible. Alliance is finally getting a beastly, savage race. And in WoW lore, Gilneas was an Alliance stronghold, so it makes sense that the Worgen would side with the Alliance.

-The story lore isn't ruined. If you'd read the books, you'd know that Deathwing was never killed, only defeated. This is a great time for him to come back, possibly with Princess Therazane (since he's coming from Deepholm, the Elemental Plane of Earth). I believe Cataclysm will redeem themselves if they learn from their Wrath mistakes.

You should read the books, you'll learn a LOT about the lore.

EDIT: In the past, Goblins were aligned with the Horde due to trade, then they sided with the Alliance, then they became neutral, and are joining the Horde again because the Alliance haven't paid their debts to the Goblins.

EDIT 2: Neptulon may appear as well, since this is featuring the Maelstrom. Which leads me to believe, possibly that the Spirit of Sargeras will appear too, and his tomb will be Tier 12 raid content. This is just my theory. Though Sargeras would be harder to defeat than the Titans in Ulduar because they're all Aesir titans, and Sargeras is a Vanir.
