Oh god sometimes you're so stupid it hurts. HAARP has nothing to do with the weather. They're shooting stuff at the ionosphere, which is above the two layers of atmosphere that deal with weather. And an earthquake is not an event that takes place in the atmosphere, else it would be called a "skyquake" or something to that extent. It's not a military installation, nothing about HAARP is classified. Congratulations, you're a moron.

At least you're not as bad as the people who think the Haiti earthquake happened because God got upset that they do voodoo. God hasn't done anything of that sort since the Old Testament. Oh, and the destruction of the temple when Jesus died. But yea, you get the idea.

I read a story about an aircraft carrier being purposely sunk to form an artificial reef (ship is sunk to provide something for the reef to naturally grow on), this is probably the same sort of idea. Or maybe a ship that sunk on its own. That, or ocean floor that is almost high enough to form an island. It looks like there are some buildings on it on stilts, probably weather monitoring systems or something like that.
