Xbox Live down for maintenance 3/27

Microsoft is hauling down Xbox Live for maintenance for 14 hours next Tuesday, 27th March.

Don't get too excited though - the good Major informs us that it's absolutely not a dashboard update, but rather just some "back end" work that was scheduled months ago.

I'm sure they planned for it to not be on a weekend

Yeah its always good when they give notice and not just shut system down for a while, leaving people wondering whats going on...

I presume there is a message saying when downtime will be.

From what ive read Xbox Live and the Xbox forums will be down from midnight until 2pm Pacific Time.
