Xbox LIVE Suspension

Microsoft are really slow. I had a line from American Pie in my bio around 4 - 5 weeks ago. And yesterday, I receive an e-mail saying I've been suspended for 24 hours. Really annoying, frankly. I get ODST and this happens. It's stupid. The second time, as well. Both for 1 day.

If they were on time with the suspension, fair enough.. But a month later? Wow Microsoft. FAIL.

I now have to wait until 10:32 Pm GMT today to play LIVE again.

Microsoft needs to accumulate many complaints before they take time to look into them. So you fail for putting on an inappropriate bio and then saying Microsoft fails for not noticing. They can't watch you like a hawk, because they don't revolve Live around you. So all in all, you fail, and you deserve the ban.

I dunno about Microsoft taking ages to ban people, but haven't you noticed that Bungie take forever to find a game in Halo? It's like they have took on the hunt for Osama Bin Laden on the side of each search.

Compared to what my friend Tom had in his bio.. Mine was nothing. I can't even repeat it here :lol:. His was found straight away and since mine wasn't really offensive, I suppose they didn't do it straight away? I dunno.
