XBox360 Fable weapon shops weapons never change

I'm assuming I shouldn't be able to buy like 30 of the exact same type, right? Both stores have really lousy weapons and I cannot get them to change. I'm making the assumption that stores will change their supplies over time. Is this accurate?

This is by design.. There's 50 weapons in the Game and only 25-30 spawn on any given play though via wep shops, DDs, gold doors, silver chests, fort mini game, etc...

So you either have to trade with people or give urself all weapons from a prev save when u play again...
