No, the HRC has NO sleeves, and apparently you CANT have sleeves to look like cloud:'(

What i am doing is i am useing the Maelstrom as my sword and the Red Dragon as my pistol that way the Maelstrom is like Clouds big sword and you cant see the gun. But when i fight i am using the Wreckager and the Rammer.

Haven't got the Temple of Shadow on my main save so for me to get the Maelstrom, I need LIVE as well as for the coat.

I'll just use the Coat until i get LIVE.

Just get a Silver membership (they're free) and 1600 MP points. Then you can download the Pub games and win the HRC. Then you can DL Knothole island for the bandit gloves.
