Well I suppose you cant dictate when you have no idea of the limits implemented on the King of albion in the game. But assuming the game is limitless...id probably try to improve my countries military efforts as much as possible. I would much rather have the strongest army in the world of fable rather than have a few people call me a nice king. After I complete upgrading my army into an ultimate weapon, I will then start to invade any nearby village, town, city, or country and enslave all of their people to do my bidding, making my original country the first class or top dog and the rest of the zones in fable to only serve my needs and theirs. Kind of like king charles in Code Geass if anyone knows the anime, all the zones i conquere will be called Area ## and will be deemed lower class discriminated and unjustly ruled up by me and the few I deem worth to be in my presence.

Lower taxes, end child labour, go green if possible, confiscate any money and property belonging to crimials, and be insanely hard on crime. Reward those who helped me, wherever possible and try to just do the decent thing......though I know that's going to be a tall order!
