what happens when you insert an augment with say... easy scarring perk, but you also insert an augment that makes you prone to scarring... What happens?

well, prone to, and easier, scarring would most likemake you 'More Easily Prone' to scarring.
try combining augs that have 2 attributes each (negative and positive) to make you suffer an effect while another aug protects u from that effect, like one that drains health while another regenerates it. u get the positive perk from the augs while the negative is neutralised
I had that idea a while ago. I decided to call it The Paradox
Hal's Sword is not too shabby when you add Devastation, Lucky Charm and Kilowatt.I tried that was before KI weps and augs came out

I use a Master Flintlock Pistol and a Master Longsword with the same augments:

Devastation
Luck and Life
Luck and Skill
It's Not Luck

Wow, there's alot of luck in that Wep. u should call it the 'Lucky Striker'

I have spiced my master hammer with the sexy scar augment
Whenever I equip it I get like a bazillion +attractiveness (I have a lot of scars) ^_^
