Your Opinions On Fable III Co-Op?
Okies, let me just start off by saying, as much as I love Fable II, the co-op sucks.
I mean come on, henchmen? You may as well throw all your Fable progress out the window if you don't even get to bring your own Hero into another person's world. The developers, they talk about creativity and originality, being able to sculpt your Hero into whatever you want it to be, good or evil, pure or corrupt, career-driven or family-oriented, hell, you can decide whether to be fat or thin! Bringing henchmen into the picture takes all that, pushes it to the side, and brings in an unoriginal stereotype of how a good, evil or neutral character should look. You don't even get to bring your dog.
Fable III co-op, on the other hand, seems dressed to impress. You get to bring your own Hero, your own weapons, your own DOG! And not only that, you can marry and create offspring with friends over Live. And to top it all off, you have your own screen. To me, that's probably the best part. I hate being tied to the one screen, I want to go off and explore Albion, not be glued to the host's hip all the time! I know you can only stay within the same region, but still, it's a major improvement.
So, opinions anyone? What would you like to see from Fable III's co-op?
Claire.
