They do have a ''unique'' extension. As far as I know. (And based off a few assumptions and because its Fable It would be hell to modify them) That's why there's only been mods to remove the noise.

It is a very rare glitch at that. I think I was able to reproduce it on the sword of aeons. Try readding the Harbringer's textures via Fable Explorer, As far as I know it should completely remove the problem. (And sorry for the necro-post)

Restore your backups...That's probably the only way. Also, I believe you should be using lower case lettering and to some degree proper use of Language.
