What does it do? i remember it says something about rose waking up in a forest and meeting some king, and that the kind says they'll be together soon, but i sold it on accident. what does the letter do? do you ever get to meet rose again?

yeah, i think some people have been speculating that the person that took rose is Scythe, but i'm not so sure about that.

Anyway, the letter doesn't do anything. I doubt that you'll see your sister again but then with the new download content coming next week, anything could happen.

Perhaps, perhaps not. I think it'll be in the dlc, personally.
As for the person; I think it's Scythe as well. Not that it's obvious, but still. I also reckon that Scythe was Archon, back when he was "alive", let's say.

^ i doudt it'll be Dlc guys, for the simple fact that its one of three choices, so making a dlc for that would mean you need to make one for the other endings too and i doudt theres any story to the other ones

Well... Theresa could be the next antagonist. Ever since she has a let's say, a dark appearance, and behaviour. If there'd be dlc with a new antagonist, I'm sure Theresa would be the one.
