Have Dinner. Help St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
Some of you have heard, metaphorically speaking, me talk about my sister. When we lost her to cancer in 2004, she had spent the previous month getting treated down at St. Jude in Tennessee.
They failed my sister, but they do good work. They treat kids with the most desperate sicknesses, and they do it free of charge-- if the insurance won't cover it, there's no charge to the family.
Chili's Bar and Grill does a lot of stuff with them. The biggest thing is that one day a year they donate 100% of their profits to the hospital. Every Chili's, unless I'm mistaken.
So if you go out for dinner on Monday the 27th of September, go there.
It is mostly a US chain-- Find a location here. But they do have some international locations-- here. Sorry, but no Aussie, Brit, or Swedish locations.
