Yeah. Pretty sure the problem is Fable Explorer. Check this out:

Look at the bottom there. In the last two boxes shown, you can see "WILL" in part of the name (you can only barely see the top of word's letters in the lower box). Those are the ONLY two boxes I can find with "WILL" mentioned in the name.

But as you can see with that lower box, it's not fully visible, and I'm pretty sure there are more boxes below that one that are for the will tattoos. But if you look to the right there in the screen-cap and at the scroll bar, it's already as low as I can make it go.

What the hell, man? How maddeningly dumb is this.


edit: Yeah, deleting unused hair-styles is a good idea. I'll do that. And I'm glad that this problem isn't just something bizarre with my own computer, btw.

Replace the game.bin that you hopefully backed-up. When you do that all changes go back to original.

I've found a way to make the horns removeble, didn't tried it myself yet, but i'll give the instructions, you only need fable explorer.(FE) ***FIRST MAKE BACKUPS***

-Open fable explorer
-open the "Object" file by clicking on the +
-Then open 3519(Object_Hero_Horns) by clicking on the +
-If you have done it right you will see +OBJECT, click on the +
-A menu will pop up and under -OBJECT stands CDefs, click on CDefs
-You will see quite much numbers, search for 1347705237(CAppearenceModifierDef) click on the first blue link, Links to (GameBINEntryID):, a new screen pops up
-You will see +CAppearenceModifierDef, click on the +
-You will see DE8AFFE7-Removable, click on that
-You see "(byte)Removable" with a 0 behind it, change the 0 to a 1

That will do it, i never tested it myself, but i'm pretty sure it will work

Besides, it's an Object, so i think it MUST be removable.
I'm sorry that i can't test it myself, but my fable discs where pretty broken and tomorrow i'm going to buy it again, just make sure you have backups !

personaly, I found the horns to be a horrible add in the Fable games... The hero stands out too much when he becomes fully evil. Does horns and flies really pay tribute to his corruption? I hope they won't put horns and flies in Fable 2. They could keep the reddish glowy eyes, and red smoky aura though, they were pure signs of a corrupted soul!

No, i thought of the small guide myself, i know the FE pretty good

it's not so hard if you think about it. with a little help of some other guys on this discussion i figured it out a bit with the horns. I have a pretty nice starter file (FMP) you guys should all check. Play as Scythe and much more extra's. If someone can tell me how to post a .fmp file it would be great !

Nope, the removable horns don't work with me.

Just change the number back to 0.


Btw, i have a GREAT money mod (made by myself!!!)!

-Open fable explorer
-go to +Creature by clicking on the +
-Double click Creature_hero, a window will pop up, click on the + and the menu will open
-Go to Weapon 1 (or 2, it makes no diffrence) and don't do anything with it untill i say you to
-Now open the +OBJECT file by clicking on the +
-Now search for OBJECT_GOLD_1000000, (number: 4660)
-Double click on it, now click on CDefs and scroll down untill you find CGoldDef, open: Links to (GameBINEntryID) :
-Now you will see +CGoldDef, click on the + and you see a few numbers and letters with GoldGiven behind it.
- Click GoldGiven 1 time and you will see a kind of value ( (int.) Gold Given), with this number: 1000000, change it to 100000000, and Apply changes.
- go back to Weapon 1 (or 2) by your hero. Click it one time.
-Now there must stand: (Int)Weapon1ID or: (Int)Weapon2ID
-Now Change it to 4660 and Apply Changes.
-Save mods and run fable (YOU WILL HAVE A HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY!) Just in case for temple of avo!

How do i remove the Halo? (the circel above your head when you become good)
It's because i have a thunder model and the halo is between his legs !

LOL having a halo between legs means only one thing: Thunder is secretly living a monk life, and swore to never touch Lady Grey
I'll check which entry applies to the halo and butterflies then I'll tell you as soon as I find out ^_^
