Legendary Blunderbuss- please help!

I know it;'s in Giles' basement, but can you not get it if you help Ripper and the bandits kill him?

You can get it, alot of people have been having problems with the dog not finding it the first time they go into the cellar. Just try going back out and and then in, and the dog should get the hint, if anything attacks him make sure you kill it before it hurts him, cause thats usually why I lose most of My dig spots.

at the back of giles camp his grave is there dig it uop and find a portcullis key and then go get the weapon !~!!!!!!! private message me if ya need further help

I have a rpoblem with it too, i did the two quests but when i finished em i didnt get the key, am i supposed to get it somewhere else?

NECROPOSTING. You dig up the key from Giles' grave or buy the house later in the game and go searching.
