I dont think you can get the title without Fairfax (maybe with the DLC building's)... will add it all up on mine and minus 1 mil for fairfax... if its under 2.5 dont think its possible as im pretty sure there is no more property left for me to buy.

you must own 2.5 million dollars in investment property. so you spend that much on the properties you buy its yours. Try buying all the legendary houses like fairfax reavers mansion cemetary mansion brightwood tower. Also buy bower stone old town, and the places near the crucible in west cliff. You should then at least have the acheivement. and title
